In locations that require a high protection level where explosive atmospheres may be present — use this nonsparking, nonmagnetic, corrosion-resistant 36-in. pipe wrench. Its serrated teeth and adjustable jaw allow it to tightly grasp pipe and pipe fittings up to 3 3/8-in diameter. Tools come in two nonsparking, nonmagnetic alloys: aluminum-bronze or copper-beryllium. They meet OSHA and ATEX regulations for safe use in Ex zones where hazardous, flammable, or combustible vapors, liquids, dusts, or residues may be present: drilling platforms, petrochemical plants, refineries, or natural gas installations.

Turbo X-Treme Aerators are new and patented for maximum aeration — using only a fraction of the energy required by other models. They efficiently raise the dissolved oxygen level in petrochemical cooling, settling pond, or lagoon water while providing high-capacity water movement. The high-efficiency, floating/surface aerators are powered by an energy-saving 25-hp motor. They incorporate a “turbo” blower to achieve high-capacity water movement with maximum aeration and mixing incorporated in a discharge manifold. Turbo X-Treme has replaced aerators requiring up to three times the horsepower, for “substantial energy savings.”

m-pipe carbon/polymer pipe is presented in this free six-page brochure for risers and jumpers in deepwater, sour service, high-pressure/high-temperature, and highly dynamic subsea tasks. It’s illustrated and described to outperform conventional unbonded flexible pipes or steel solutions. Offering “exceptional strength-to-weight performance — an m-pipe riser weighs one-tenth that of a steel or unbonded flexible riser in water.” It operates at up to 390°F. with no degradation in fatigue or corrosion performance. With between 2 and 24-in. internal diameters, the pipe can be produced in continuous lengths via the manufacturer’s automated and controlled process. Pipe diameters up to 15 ft can be spooled for storage, transport, and deployment.
